Glove Auto-Packing Machine

The Glove Auto-Packing Machine delivers efficiency in the glove packaging process. Its production capacity is ten boxes within one minute. It is particularly striking in its versatility, as it enables a flawless change of glove types with just a mouse click, thanks to preprogrammed formulas.

Another improvement in technology is that the dynamic handling of cartons is realized through public relations six-axis robot giving means through which it works with different types of gloves on the boxes. Reducing cabling and improving interference resistance, which is accomplished by using the EtherCAT bus, is a feature that boosts system dependability.   1. This machine is a multifunctional flexible workstation that can switch product specifications with one click based on pre-stored formulas, allowing for quick product changeover and debugging.
  2. It uses a four-position inclined material bin that can store a maximum of 350PCS per position and allows for on-the-fly replenishment. The material bin is effectively isolated from the robot, meeting safety technical requirements.
  3. It employs a six-axis robot for box handling, enabling fast and flexible box picking to accommodate various material bins and box types.
  4. The modular design makes maintenance work more convenient.
  5. Servos use EtherCAT bus technology to reduce system wiring, significantly improving anti-interference capabilities and serviceability while reducing system failure rates.            
  6. The machine can be customized with additional models according to the customer’s unique production processes.
