1. Precaution
- To avoid injury, read the manual carefully before using the machine, fully understand its functions, and operate it in the prescribed manner. The machine should only be operated by trained professionals, not unqualified personnel.
- Under no circumstances should the machine be turned manually to avoid damage to the equipment!
- Before running the machine, check whether all switches and moving parts are in the correct position, be careful not to press the wrong switch, and do not touch any switch during operation.
- Switch on the main control power and check whether the control box’s voltage is normal. Make sure the voltage is normal before switching on the power supply.
- Before each start-up, check whether there are any leftover objects in the machine, obstacles around it that are not convenient for operation, and people near the operating parts. If there are, please make sure that they are within the safety range.
- When starting the machine daily, carry out an idle run to check that the emergency stop is working properly and that all other devices are functioning properly.
- Do not operate electrical equipment with wet hands.
- Add grease regularly to the bearings of each part of the machine and to all speed changers. Pay attention to the slider under the head, and the guide rail should be filled with grease and oil every month.
- Users should make regular and detailed inspections of the new machine, check whether the joints are loosening or detaching, check whether the electrical grounding is good, familiarise themselves with its operation, and put it into production only after a trial run.
- It is forbidden to put your hand between the machine head and the machine body during operation, so be careful of hand pinching.
- Regularly check, adjust and maintain the machine concerning the provisions in the manual.
Never dismantle or change the safety guards or signs at will. Remember not to work with fatigue to avoid danger.
2. Safety Protection and Operating Taboos
The operator must wear good working clothes and a working cap when working and must not wear gloves when starting the machine so as not to roll the fingers into the rotating part. The distance between the operator’s body and the machine when working should be not less than 200 mm. The machine must not be operated after drinking or fatigue. The operator should be healthy and free from any disease that may hinder the operation of the machine, such as epileptic or psychiatric patients.
-
The machine should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure accuracy and prolong service life;
-
Machine faults should be identified according to the information provided by the operator, and work procedures and scope of inspection and maintenance should be established;
-
When using lifting machines, only inspected and qualified wire ropes, hooks, and pulleys are allowed to be used;
-
Replacement parts must use the specified accessories;
-
Electrical appliances, wiring aging, and short-circuits are easily caused by fire, so in the maintenance process, one should always check the electrical appliances’ wiring;
-
Once the fire should cut off the power supply, promptly put out the fire. Electrical fire can not fight with water, metal, or other conductive items. Fire-fighting equipment should use carbon dioxide or dry powder fire extinguishers;
-
Training is one of the important means of ensuring safety, correct operation, and prolonging the machine’s service life. Our professional staff should be trained in the machine’s installation, commissioning, and operation.
-
Under any circumstances, do not manually disc car so as not to damage the equipment!
