Operating Procedures for Automated Glove Air Leakage Detection Machines

1. Normal operation procedure of the equipment

1). In the normal production process, the operator as far as possible, the gloves will be flat and uniform on the fixture, the thumb towards the side, and the gloves should be put on the wrist over the sealing ring above the 15mm or so, no wrinkles at the wrist, the wrist height of the wrist is uniform, there should be no skewed severe phenomenon. Otherwise, it will lead to inaccurate test results;

Note: After the gloves are put on, the thumb can be directed to the left or right. It is strictly prohibited to direct the thumb to the front or back; otherwise, it will affect the detection accuracy!

2). Turn on the power of the device and confirm the following:

The left side of the ‘main interface ’ start conditions are all lit up;
The line channel information in the ‘main interface ’ has been set, and the production data has been cleared. The default running speed is 3 meters/minute when the equipment is started;
The digital pressure gauge of ‘ cylinder Pressure ’ on the control panel shows that the pressure is around 0.65MPa, and the digital pressure gauge of ‘ blowing Pressure ’ shows that the pressure is around 0.65MPa. It is strictly prohibited to start the equipment under insufficient pressure!

3). Click on the ‘main interface ’ ‘rotary control ’ or press the ‘start ’button on the operation box, and the machine head starts to rotate;

4). Click on the main interface ‘accelerate ’ button to speed up to 5 m / min, and then press the left side of the ‘detection ’ button, the clamp began to move; and then click on the main interface ‘accelerate ’button! Then click the ‘Accelerate ’ button in the main interface again to accelerate the vehicle speed to the required speed. It is strictly prohibited to press the ‘Detect ’button when the vehicle speed is greater than 5m/min!

5). The operator opens the glove leather band, sets on the machine head, starts the automatic inspection, sets the glove position between the two buttons, and prohibits the glove from outside the area of the glove set workers set the glove to prevent the fingers from being pinched;

6). After the gloves are inspected, the judgment will be as follows:
Unqualified or suspected products will be removed from the inferior products collection box. Qualified products will be taken off in the finished product collection box.

7). During the first inspection, individual gloves that can not be taken off at the workstation for stripping finished products or rejecting waste will be found because the cuff is too tight. Therefore, we must pull them off and put them into the corresponding box!

8). After completing all the inspection tasks, first press the ‘Inspection ’button once to stop the fixture action; then click the main interface ‘rotary control ’ or press the ‘ Stop ’ button of the operation box, and the machine head will stop rotating. Then click ‘rotary control ’ in the main interface or press the ‘stop ’button in the operation box, and the machine head will stop rotating.

9). The operator recovers qualified gloves, disposes of unqualified gloves, and finishes the production.
10). If the equipment suddenly appears to be in an abnormal situation during the operation, please press the emergency stop button immediately to minimize the damage of the
equipment.
11). If the equipment is not used for a long time, please turn off its main power.

2. Precaution

1). Fig. 2.1 shows the location of the finished product collection basket and the waste product collection basket. The distance from the basket opening to the lower edge of the fixture should not be too large; otherwise, it will lead to confusion between the finished product and the waste product when they are removed from the fixture.

2). During the production process, the number of gloves in the finished product
collection basket should be checked frequently, and the drawer should be cleaned up
immediately when it is full to avoid mixing up the finished and waste gloves.

3). It is forbidden to put your head or hand between the machine’s head and the body while it is running, so be careful when pinching your hand.

4). In any case, do not manually disc care not to damage the equipment!

5). Before starting the machine, check whether there are leftover items and obstacles around it that make it difficult to operate. Also, check whether there are people in the vicinity of the running parts. If so, please make sure that it is within the safety range.

6). When the machine is switched on every day, it should be run over to check whether the emergency stop is working properly and whether the function of other devices is normal.

7). There are the following reasons why the gloves cannot be taken off:

  1. Gloves wrist opening is too small, and the cuff edge is too tight

  2. Take off the product blowing pressure is too low

  3. Big loophole or big tear product.
